Vacancy: Commercial & Technical Sales Advisor
The Commercial & Technical Sales Advisor at Manor Packaging provides commercial quotations utilising the MIS system (SPOCS) whilst technically supporting the Customer Services Department to respond with a first class service.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, this individual manages customer enquiries, generates accurate quotations using SPOCS, and liaises with internal and external stakeholders to provide tailored packaging solutions.
Responsibilities include creating quotations aligned to customer enquiries and tenders, supporting the Customer Services team, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer projects. The role demands strong communication, organizational, and technical skills, coupled with a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
Experience in the corrugated packaging industry and structural design, technical sales, and SPOCS systems knowledge are advantageous, while a commitment to quality, collaboration, and problem-solving is essential for success.
